We loved the stunning views of the volcano from our Junior Suite, the amazing thermal pools, and the very nice wildlife surrounding the hotel. We even spotted Toucans near the pools! Truly a slice of paradise.

We really enjoyed the spacious suite with the jacuzzi tub and the stunning volcano views. The hot springs at sunset were magical, and the wood-fired pizzas were perfect after a long day!

The noise from neighboring units was unbearable. I expected more privacy in a so-called suite. The room decor was embarrassingly outdated and tired. The dinner menu lacked variety and was below average. Overall, the experience was far from what I anticipated.

This place surprised us with stunning views of Arenal Volcano, friendly staff, and an incredible breakfast selection! The grounds are immaculate, showcasing the local wildlife. Every morning, we were greeted by delightful towel animals in our spacious room. It truly made our stay unforgettable and special for our family celebrations.

The staff was attentive and, you know, they surprised us with beautiful, decorated treats in our room for the special occasion. And let’s not forget the hot springs, you just can’t beat that view while soaking in relaxation.

The Arenal Manoa Resort & Hot Springs provided a stunning environment with breathtaking views of the Arenal Volcano. The hot springs were a perfect way to unwind after a busy day of meetings and excursions. The staff was exceptionally attentive and made sure all my needs were met during my stay. Breakfast options were plentiful and of high quality, ensuring a great start to each day.

The air conditioning was fixed at 26C and the shower temperature fluctuated.

The hot springs were absolutely incredible! So relaxing after long days exploring. The only downside was the slow dinner service. Overall, an unforgettable experience! 🌴
