The bed was soft, the room was well-kept and new-fashioned. The bathroom had a bath, which was great. The location was marvellous in a very interesting area, close to the restaurant, thermal pools, and reception, and Arenal Volcano and La Fortuna.

the location was great and gorgeous, very close to parque nacional volcan arenal, and the rainforest next to a volcano. thoroughly enjoyed well-kept and spotless superior junior suite with glass windows, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

We loved the fine views of the volcano from our Junior Suite, the amazing thermal pools, and the very nice wildlife surrounding the hotel. We even spotted Toucans near the pools! Truly a slice of paradise.

The stay was fantastic, especially with the stunning views of the volcano from our room and the well-maintained grounds filled with beautiful landscaping. Absolutely amazing, and the thermal pools were a highlight of our stay. We did encounter a few issues with the check-in process that took longer than expected, causing some initial frustration.

Amazing thermal pools to relax in!
The noise from neighboring units was unbearable. I expected more privacy in a so-called suite. The room decor was embarrassingly outdated and tired. The dinner menu lacked variety and was below average. The experience was far from what I anticipated.

Families will love this place
The staff was attentive and, you know, they surprised us with beautiful, decorated treats in our room for the special occasion. And let's not forget the hot springs, you just can't beat that view while soaking in relaxation.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but honestly, it was worth every dime.

The Arenal Manoa Resort & Hot Springs provided a fine environment with amazing views of the Arenal Volcano. The hot springs were a perfect way to unwind after a busy day of meetings and excursions. The staff was attentive. Breakfast options were plentiful and of high quality, ensuring a great start to each day.
The air conditioning was fixed at 26C and the shower temperature fluctuated.
